Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing the Healing Activation Program. This program is designed to provide consistent, individualized hypnosis support over a period of time, along with recordings and resources to support your personal practice between sessions.
By purchasing the Healing Activation Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
What’s Included
Your Healing Activation Program includes:
- 12 Private 90-Minute Hypnosis Sessions valued at $4,200
- Bonus 90-Minute Jump-Start Session valued at $347
- Foundational Healing Recording valued at $39
- Subliminal Healing Recordings
- Pay-Up-Front Option: 13 subliminal recordings, valued at $1,911 ($147 each)
- Payment Plan Option: 1 subliminal recording, valued at $147
- Healing Journal valued at $97
- Private Client Portal for convenient access to your recordings and program resources
Sessions are available by phone, Zoom, or in-office, by appointment.
Program Timeline
All program sessions must be scheduled and completed within 4 months of the original purchase date.
It is the client's responsibility to schedule sessions in a timely manner so that all included sessions can be completed within the program period.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the 4-month program period unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Supportive Guarantee
Your confidence and peace of mind matter.
After completing six sessions, if you have participated fully in the program, practiced the tools provided, and feel the program is not the right fit for you, you may choose to cancel.
You will receive a prorated refund for eligible unused sessions.
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must notify me at least five days before your seventh scheduled session.
This guarantee is intended to give you confidence as you decide whether the program is a good fit for you.
The guarantee does not apply to missed or late-cancelled appointments that have already been counted as used sessions.
Payment Plan
For clients choosing the payment plan, the program consists of four monthly payments of $997, for a total of $3,988.
By choosing the payment plan, you agree to the full payment schedule.
The payment plan includes the benefits specifically listed under the Payment Plan Option. The additional subliminal recordings included with the Pay-Up-Front Option are not included with the payment plan.
If the program is cancelled under the Supportive Guarantee, any eligible refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the program, taking into consideration payments already made and services already received.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule an appointment.
Notice may be provided by phone, email, or text.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be counted as a session used from your program.
If an unexpected emergency occurs, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at my discretion.
Hypnosis Recordings
Recordings are provided after applicable sessions to support continued personal practice between appointments.
You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your recordings.
Recordings are available through the delivery method provided to you and are removed from my system two months after they are provided.
Please download and save your recordings promptly. I cannot guarantee that a recording will be available after the two-month period.
Recordings are intended for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, shared publicly, or provided to another person without written permission.
Private Client Portal
Your private client portal provides convenient access to program resources, appointment information, and recordings.
Portal access is provided for your personal use during your participation in the program. Please keep your login information private and do not share your account with others.
Nature of Hypnosis Services
Hypnosis is a complementary approach intended to support personal change, relaxation, mindset, habits, and well-being. Hypnosis services provided by Svenson Hypnosis are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare services.
No specific outcome or result is guaranteed. Individual experiences and results with hypnosis vary.
If you have a medical or mental health condition, are taking medication, or have questions about whether hypnosis is appropriate for you, please consult your qualified healthcare professional.
Client Participation
The effectiveness of hypnosis depends in part on your willingness to participate, practice the techniques provided, and engage with the process.
You are encouraged to communicate openly about your experience, questions, concerns, and goals throughout the program.
Agreement
By purchasing the Healing Activation Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the program timeline, payment terms, rescheduling policy, recording policy, and Supportive Guarantee.
Svenson Hypnosis reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your program.
